Print and Ship - Package the item(s). - Fill out the Easy Ship Form. - Send the form via web site, e-mail, or fax. - We get a label to you. (USPS or e-mail) - Place the label on the package and call the designated carrier when the package is ready to be picked-up. Pack and Ship - Fill out the Easy Ship Form. - Send the form via web site, e-mail, or fax. - We will send you the packing material and a label. - You package the equipment then place the label on the package(s).  Note: a prearranged pick-up date will be set at the time the packing material is sent to you.
